Selling · You set the ask
List the business. Keep the identity until it matters.
You prepare the file, set your own asking price and publish under a deal reference. Westcroft & Rowe will not suggest a number, value the business or hold acquisition funds.
01
Prepare
Name, domain, overview, figures and diligence. What you write here is disclosed to members only — not on the public book.
02
List
Save a draft, then publish. The market issues a deal reference. Deal Flow shows the ask, public figures and status.
03
Engage
Members open the memorandum. You receive interest through the firm desk — not an open inbox.
04
Negotiate
Accept, counter or decline. The purchase price is the accepted offer, not a valuation.
05
Complete
Funds go to Escrow.com. You deliver the assets listed in the memorandum. Westcroft & Rowe never holds the money.
What we do not do
